Returns

To ensure the safety and satisfaction of our valued customers, Garden2Health has a policy that restricts returns unless the error is on our part. If, by any chance, the mistake is attributable to Garden2Health, we are committed to promptly sending out replacements. Alternatively, we offer the option of canceling the order and ensuring a full refund to ensure your complete peace of mind. For such cases, we kindly request the mistaken product to be returned unused and unopened to Garden2Health before we initiate the replacement shipment or issue the refund. Our dedication lies in rectifying any errors and providing you with the best possible service.

Non-returnable items:

  • All supplements
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:

  • Any items with obvious signs of use
  • Seals are broken
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us for approval.

Shipping returns

You will receive clear instructions on the appropriate return procedure for your purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Modification and Cancellation Policy

At Garden2Health, we understand that circumstances may change. Here’s a detailed breakdown of our order modification and cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation within 24 Hours:
    • You have the flexibility to cancel your order within the first 24 hours at no cost.
    • Initiate the cancellation process by contacting us through our designated contact system.
  2. Cancellation after 24 Hours:
    • Cancelling or making changes after the initial 24-hour window may incur costs.
    • Garden2Health is not responsible for any associated costs incurred due to changes or cancellations after this timeframe.
  3. Shipped Orders:
    • If an order has already been shipped, the responsibility for the return lies with the customer at their cost.
    • For a cancelled order that has been shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, along with all applicable shipping and handling charges.
  4. Order Changes after Shipment:
    • To modify an order after it has been shipped, you will bear the return and reshipping charges.
